AYJNIHH Mumbai Admission 2021 – Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and Hearing Disabilities (DIVYANGJAN) [AYJNISHD(D)] invites applications for the eligible candidates for admission to the following RCI recognized UG PG Courses offered at AYJNISHD (D), Mumbai and its Regional Centres at Noida, Kolkata, Secunderabad and Janla(Odissa) and Composite Regional Centres at Bhopal and Ahmedabad

  • Last Date for Online Submission of Application Forms for admission to All Courses is 31st July 2021

Eligibility Criteria for AYJNIHH Mumbai Admission 2021

  • M.Ed (HI) – B.Ed (HI) or any other equivalent degree from a UGC recognized university with 50% aggregate marks, or B.Ed (SE-DE) (HI) recognized by RCI with 50% aggregate marks and one-year teaching experience after completion of the course
  • M.ASLP – Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology or any equivalent degree recognized by the respective University and RCI or Internship mandatory post
  • B.Ed (HI) – i) For Mumbai and Kolkata eligibility is degree (3 years) in any discipline of equivalent from any UGC recognized University and on the basis of merit in the entrance exam;
  • ii) For Secunderabad centre the eligibility is degree in any discipline (B.Sc/BA/B.Com from Osmania University or its equivalent from any other University), with minimum aggregate marks of 45% for Gen / OBC/PWDs and 40% for SC/ST category
  1. B.Ed (MR) – Degree in any disciplines from any UGC recognized university and on the basis of merit in the entrance exam

B.ASLP

  • Mumbai Centre – 10+2/HSC in India or abroad passed with Physics, Chemistry and any one of the following; Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Electronics and Psychology
  • Kolkata Centre – 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics/Computer Science and English and any other 5th subject
  • New Delhi Centre – Passed or appearing in 12th class from CBSE or equivalent with minimum aggregate 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology
  • Secunderabad Centre – 10+2 passed with Physics, Chemistry and any of the following; Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Electronics, Psychology
  • BMSc – Bachelor degree in Arts/Science/Commerce from UGC recognized University with 50% marks and on merit of entrance test
  • D.Ed SE (DHH) – 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized Board of Education with minimum marks 45% for General category (40% for SC/ST/PH)
  • DHLS – 10+2 passed with PCB/PCM or its equivalent from a recognized Board of Education
  • DSLIC – 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board of education or; Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualification
  • PGDMDC – PG Diploma or graduation in Journalism/Commun. /Public Relations/Advertising/Mass Media from a recognized University/Institute with minimum of 50% marks
  • PGCAVT – B.ASLP/B.Ed (HI) or graduate with DSE (HI)/DHLS/DTY (HI) registered with RCI
  • MADCDS – PG Degree or Graduation from a recognized Institute/University in any subject with a minimum of 50% marks
  • CPO – Passed ITI certificate course in any of the trades of fitter/carpenter/leather Or 10th pass or equivalent with 2 years experience in prosthetic and orthotic workshop
  • Diploma in Education-Special Edu. (ASD) – Passed 10+2 Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent with minimum 50% marks for Gen/OBC and 45% marks for SC/ST/PH

  • General Category – Rs.750/-
  • SC/ST/PH/OBC – Rs.450/-

Admission Process

  • Admission for DHLS, DESE (Hearing Impairment) [D.Ed. Spl. Edu.(HI)], DISLIC and Diploma in Education – Special Education (Autism Spectrum Disorders) will be through All India Online Aptitude Test (AIOAT) conducted by Rehabilitation Council of India, New Delhi
