Admission Notice -2012-13

Graduate Engineers Course on Operation and Maintenance of Transmission and Distribution System (26 Weeks)

The course covers complete operation and maintenance of Transmission & Distribution System as per CEA regulations 2010 under Electricity Act 2003.

Eligibility: B.E / B. Tech. or equivalent in Electrical / Electrical and Electronics / Electrical & Power.

Core branch is Electrical Engineering.

Age: For non sponsored candidates: maximum 27 years; as on 01st September, 2012.

Age relaxation in case of reserved category is as per Govt. of India norms.

No age limit for sponsored candidates.

Selection Criteria: Degree Percentage of marks in BE / B. Tech. or equivalent examination. Total Seats: 50 (Fifty).

Reservation: Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PH as per Govt. of India norms.

25% seats are reserved for sponsored candidates.

In case seats are falling vacant in sponsored category, same shall be filled up by non-sponsored candidates.

How to Apply: Application form as per Annexure “A” along with the check list for documents- Annexure “B” & undertaking as per Annexure “C”( for sponsored candidates only) is to be downloaded from website www.nptinagpur.com & www.npti.in

Filled in application form along with attested copies of testimonials as per check list for documents with a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- in favor of “NPTI, Nagpur” payable at “Nagpur”, should reach The Principal Director (address given below) latest by 23rd July, 2012 with one 5”x 10” self addressed envelope.

Envelope containing the application form and other documents should be subscribe “Application For T & D Course- 2012”.

Lodging/ Boarding: Facilities available in the hostel on extra payment ( If available). Separate hostel for girls.
