Important Dates
- Opening date for Application : 02nd January 2023 (1300 hrs)
- The last date of receiving Application : 28th February 2023 (1700 hrs.)
- Entrance Test is scheduled to be held on 19th March 2023 (Sunday)
- Exam Time : from 11:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M. at HPNLU Shimla.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification : Graduation (or equivalent) degree in any discipline from a recognized University established by Law with at least 55% marks (50% marks in case of SC/ST candidates).
Application Process
- Online Applications are invited for Admission in the MBA (Corporate Law) for the Batch 2023-25. Interested candidates may apply using the given ERP LINK: https://erphpnlu.in/applicantLogins.htm?link=0a50b124b93bfdcdc497975481011abf within the time duration prescribed. The candidates are strictly advised to apply online well in advance to avoid a rush during the closing dates of submission of the Online Admission Form. No offline Application Form will be accepted by the University.
Application Fee
- Application Fee is Rs. 2,000 (Non-Refundable).
Admission Procedure
- The admission shall strictly be on the basis of merit achieved in the entrance test HPNLU-CET scheduled on 19th March, 2023. The entrance test will be of 200 marks and will be held in two stages :-
- Stage 1 : Written Test. The written test will be of 120 minutes. There shall be no negative marking. The written test shall have two Parts :-
- Part A : General Aptitude Test – 80 Marks (General Aptitude Test (40 MCQs of two marks each). All questions are compulsory. The MCQs questions based on :
- Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC).
- Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR).
- Quantitative Aptitude (QA).
- Legal Reasoning (LR).
- General Knowledge (GK).
- Legal Awareness (LA).
- Part B : Subjective Type Test – 40 Marks (Two long answer questions of 20 marks each).
- Part A : General Aptitude Test – 80 Marks (General Aptitude Test (40 MCQs of two marks each). All questions are compulsory. The MCQs questions based on :
- Stage 2 : Personal Interview (40 Marks) and Group Discussion (40 Marks). A minimum of 35% in the entrance exam are required to qualify for Stage 2. A maximum of 10 times the candidates in each category will be invited for the personal interview stage. The marks of the written test, personal interview and group discussion will be added for the final merit.
