Eligibility Criteria for Uttarakhand JEEP 2024
- Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply.
- Fitness: The candidate should be medically fit.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Engineering & Technology: Should have passed Higher Secondary School Certificate from Uttarakhand or its equivalent examination with Science and Mathematics and at least 35% marks
- Diploma in Pharmacy: Should have passed 10+2/ Intermediate, with Physics, Chemistry and Life Sciences or Math. Those who have passed Intermediate from NIOS as per the Pharmacy Council of India standards are also eligible to apply for JEEP.
- Modern Office Management & Secretarial Practice: Should have passed 10+2/Intermediate or its equivalent examination (It is mandatory that the candidate should have studied Hindi and English subjects in high school or intermediate examination).
- Diploma in Hotel Mgt. & Catering Technology: Should have qualified 10 + 2 / Intermediate or equivalent examination with English subject with at least 35% marks.
- PG Diploma in Computer Application: Should possess a Graduation Degree.
- Fashion Design, Textile Design & Garment Technology: Should have passed High School with at least 35% marks.
- Diploma Engineering Course (2nd Year Lateral Entry): Passed 10 + 2 exams with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics OR Passed 10+2 exams (should have passed professional/ technical subject) OR should possess ITI
Application Process
- Eligible and Interested Candidates can apply through online or offline mode.
Online Mode
- Candidates can apply online only through the official website www.ubter.in & www.ubtejeep.co.in
- Candidates can submit fee by Online, the Applicant can pay fee via Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking.
Offline Mode
- Application Form can be purchased at UBTER Institute. Candidates have to submit the application form along with the fee to the respective polytechnic institute.
Instruction to Apply
- Candidates can check below about Uttarakhand Polytechnic (JEEP) 2024 Application Form details:
- The application form has been made available from 20th January 2024 by online mode.
- Only eligible candidates can fill out the application form, non-eligible candidate’s application forms are rejected by the authority.
- The Uttarakhand Polytechnic 2024 registration is accepted through offline mode from 1st February 2024. Candidates can get the form from various polytechnic institutions.
- To fill the application form, candidates have to provide details such as qualification details, personal details, and other asked information.
- Candidates are required to upload the scanned documents at the time of filling the application form. The documents must be uploaded in a given specific format and size.
- At the time of filling of the application form, candidates must be careful, as correction facility will not be provided by the authority for rectification.
- After completing all the steps of the application form process, preview the filled form and submit it.
- At last, candidates will be required to take printouts of the online filled application form for further usage.

Uttarakhand JEEP 2024 Admit Card
- Admit card for candidates who successfully applied for JEEP 2024 will be available online at http://www.ubter.in/
- To download the admit card, candidates have to select any one Group E, P, H, M, G, T, or A and then enter registration number/roll number, candidates name, and date of birth
- No candidate will receive the JEEP Admit Card by post
Uttarakhand JEEP 2024 Exam Pattern
- Exam Mode: Exam will be Offline (Pen-Paper Based)
- Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Type Questions (MCQs)
- Number of Questions: Total 100 questions
- Duration: 2 hours will be allotted to solve the exam paper.
- Marking Scheme: For every correct answer, 5 marks
- Negative Marking: For each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted
- Total Marks – 500 marks

- The Uttarakhand JEEP 2024 syllabus is based on the Class 9th and 10th standard. JEEP syllabus for lateral entry is totally based on the class 12th level
- For Diploma Engineering & Technology: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
- Diploma in Pharmacy: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/ Mathematics.
- For Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology: Reasoning & Logical Discussion, Numerical Ability, Science Aptitude, and English Language.
- For Modern office Management & Secretarial Practice: English & Hindi Comprehension, Reasoning & Intelligence, Numerical Ability, and General Awareness.
