BSc Home Science Course

Admission to BSc Home Science Course does not require qualifying any entrance test. The admissions done are solely on the basis of the marks secured at the 10+2 level. This program deals in detail into the study of economics and management of maintaining home and communities.

 

To pursue B.Sc in Home Science candidates must possess a scientific approach to appreciate the creativity and aesthetics. Candidates must also possess a positive attitude with a realistic approach and adequate knowledge about health, diet and lifestyle.

 

Candidates possessing the ability to perform varied tasks, knack of the organizing things, having a creative bent of mind and good communication skills are considered to be suitable for the program. BSc Home Science Syllabus

The course syllabus comprises of a detailed study of various aspects of home management and maintenance of economy on the household level.
