  • Publication of Information Brochure and starting of Online Application FORM 17-04-2023
  • Closing date for online receipt of Application Form 12-06-2023 (5 PM)
  • Admit Card availability through online only: 16-06-2023 to 30-06-2023
  • Date of Entrance Examination: 09-07-2023 (Sunday)
  • Declaration of Result (Tentative) 17-07-2023

1st Round of Counseling

  • Online booking of preference (course and Institutes): 01-08-2023, 02-08-2023
  • Allotment from preference to offered course and Institute as per Rank/Category: 04-08-2023
  • Document verification and submission of admission fees at respective Institute as per offer course and Institute: 21-08-2023
  • Publication of Remaining Vacancy Status in website: 22-08-2023

2nd Round of Counseling

  • Online booking of preference (course and Institutes): 22-08-2023(5PM)
  • Allotment from preference to offered course and Institute as per Rank/Category 23-08-2023

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates should have completed Higher Secondary examinations or its equivalent from any State/Centre Examination board.

 

Application Process

  • Candidate should apply in the prescribed format available in our website www.niohkol.nic.in
  • Eligible and interested candidates are required to fill applications only through provided online facilities on or before the due date. All related particulars must be maintained carefully. A copy of the filled in application form must be kept for future use.

 

Application Fee

  • Candidates should pay the non-refundable fee through online

  • 1. Rs.800/- for SC/ST/PwD Candidates (non-refundable)
  • 2. Rs.1000/- for all other categories(non-refundable)

Registration for E-Counselling Fee

  • Rs.500/- for all candidates*(non-refundable)

Free for UDID Card holders

  • Seat Locking Fee Rs. 10,000/- for all candidates* (Adjusted with course fee) Free for UDID Card holders.

 

Admission Procedure

  • The selection will be based on the Marks of the Entrance Examination.
  • The details of the Entrance Examination will be declared later on
