IGNOU Tourism Courses July 2023 – Indira Gandhi National Open University announces Admissions to its Distance Education Tourism Management Academic Programs (Bachelors and Masters) for the Academic Cycle commencing from July 2023.

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has initiated the online registration procedures for the admission to 274 Programs for the July 2023 session

Bachelor of Arts (Tourism Studies) (BTS)
Bachelor of Arts (Vocational Studies) Tourism Management (BAVTM)

Diploma in Tourism Studies (DTS)

Eligibility Criteria for IGNOU Tourism Courses Admission July 2023

Master of Tourism & Travel Management (MTTM)

Eligibility:
- Category 1: BTS; BA (Tourism); B.Sc. Hospitality and Hotel Administration (BHM); Bachelor in Hotel Management (approved by AICTE) and those students who have done their Graduation in any filed along with a Diploma in Tourism, which is recognized in the University system or by AICTE.
- Category 2: Bachelor’s Degree in any field. However, all students of category 2 will have to pass four additional courses during their period of study.
Duration
- Minimum Duration: 2 Years
- Maximum Duration: 4 Years
Course Fee
- Category-I : Rs. 7,100/- per year
  Total = Rs. 14,200/-*
- Category II :Rs. 10,100/- for 1st year and Rs. 7,100/- for 2nd year.
  Total = Rs.17,200/-*

Bachelor of Arts (Tourism Studies) (BTS)

Eligibility: BPP from IGNOU or 10+2 or its equivalent.
Duration
- Minimum Duration: 3 Years
- Maximum Duration: 6 Years
Course Fee: Rs.14,100

Bachelor of Arts (Vocational Studies) Tourism Management (BAVTM)

Eligibility: 10+2 or its equivalent.
Duration
- Minimum Duration: 3 Years
- Maximum Duration: 6 Years
Course Fee: Rs. 12,600

Diploma in Tourism Studies (DTS)

Eligibility: BPP from IGNOU or 10+2 or its equivalent.
Duration
- Minimum Duration: 1 Year
- Maximum Duration: 4 Years
Course Fee: Rs. 4,500

Certificate Courses in Tourism Studies

Eligibility: 10+2 or its equivalent.
Duration
- Minimum Duration: 6 months
- Maximum Duration: 2 Years
Course Fee:
- Rs. 2,400 Tourism Studies

The Applicants can submit the forms through online mode only at: https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in/

Steps for filling Online Application Form

Download the Information Brochure July 2023 and read it carefully.
Please ensure your eligibility for the program before filling the online application form
Click on the button “REGISTER YOURSELF” that appears in the applicant login area and fill the required registration details.
After filling the mandatory information, click the “SUBMIT” button.
Your username will be instantly sent to you via email and SMS.
If you have already registered i.e. you are an existing user, click the “LOGIN” button from the homepage of Online Entrance Test and then login with your Username and password by clicking the “LOGIN” button given on the login screen.
Fill personal details, program details, qualification details and correspondence details.
Upload Scanned Photograph (less than 100 KB) and Signature (less than 50 KB)
Pay your Application Fee through debit/credit card (Master/Visa/Rupay) and Net banking:
Once you have uploaded your photograph and signature, click the next button. You will get the Form preview option. Save/Print your form for future reference
