Eligibility: Senior Secondary 10+2 or equivalent examination in any academic or vocational stream with English as a compulsory subject. Candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examination in the academic year are also eligible to apply provisionally subject to the condition that they should produce proof of having passed the qualifying examination at at the time of admission.
Age: Not more than 22 yrs. As on 1st July of the year of admission. (Maximum age relaxable up to 3 yrs. For SC/ST Candidates).
Reservation: 15% seats are reserved for SC and 7.5 % for ST candidates.
Selection: Written test at the Institute at Gangtok and interview. The final selection is on the basis of the candidate’s overall performance of both the tests.
