Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible.
Educational Qualifications
- Candidates must possess, as on 31 July 2023, a requisite qualification RECOGNISED by National Medical Commission, India (except for degrees not covered by National Medical Commission, India, where degrees must be recognised by respective bodies that approve qualifying courses). Postgraduate degrees from Departments / Institutions to which NMC, India recognition has not been formally granted (for example: under consideration) will not be considered and candidature of applicants with such degrees may be rejected at any stage (including after admission if this fact comes to notice at that stage).
Age Limit
- Upper age limit for eligibility of senior residents for PDC/Fellowship courses is 35 years as reckoned on 31st July 2023 (for July session) (for July Session)
- Age relaxation to a maximum of 3 years may be given to OBC, 5 years SC/ST, widowed/divorced / legally-separated women who have not re-married, and to disabled/handicapped persons, as per Govt. rules.

Application Process
- Application form for AIIMS PDCC & Fellowship Entrance Exam July 2023 Session entrance exam is available on the official website https://aiimsrishikesh.edu.in/
- Candidates can fill only one application form. It is mandatory to have a valid email id and phone number before applying for the exam as future communication is done through SMS or e-mail
Application Fee
- UG/OBC Category: Rs.1500/- + Transaction Charges as applicable
- SC/ST EWS Category: Rs.1200/- + Transaction Charges as applicable
- PWD Candidates: Exempted from any fee
- Mode of Payment: Candidates can make the payment of the application fee through Debit/Credit card/Net Banking
Selection Process
- Selections for PDC/Fellowship courses are made through written examination & interview
Entrance Exam Pattern
- Stage I: Written test carrying 80 marks of 90 minutes duration in subject candidate has applied for. The question paper will consist of 80 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Stage II: Out of candidates who have secured 50 percentile or more marks in written test (Stage-I), candidates 3 times the number of seats advertised will be called
- Final Selection: The final result will be declared based on total marks obtained in Stage-I/II Exam
- Percentile Score: Percentile scores are scores based on the relative performance of all those who appear for exam
