- The last date of receiving Application : 28th February 2023 (5:00 P.M.)
- Entrance Test is scheduled to be held on : 19th March 2023 (Sunday)
- Exam time : from 11:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M. at HPNLU Shimla.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate in Law from any recognized University/Institution
- Note: Those candidates who have qualified UGC-NET/JRF, shall be exempted from Entrance Test. However, all candidates are required to fill up Ph.D. Programme Application Form.

- For other categories: Rs. 3000/-

- Entrance Test is scheduled to be held on : 19th March 2023 (Sunday)
- Exam timing : from 11:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M. at HPNLU Shimla.

- Multiple Choice Questions (100 Marks)
- (a) Research Methodology.
- (b) Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence
- Long Answer/Essay Type Question (50 Marks)
- (c) Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, and Research Methodology.
