Eligibility Criteria

  • M.Sc. (Med) Anatomy,  Biochemistry, Physiology, Pharmacology, Microbiology: A pass* in MBBS (with completion of compulsory internship) / A pass in BDS (with completion of compulsory internship) / A pass in B.V.Sc & AH with 60% marks in first attempt / A pass in B.Sc (Biology with Chemistry and Zoology) with 60% marks in first attempt 
  • M.Sc. (Med) Microbiology, Biochemistry: A pass* in B.Sc (Biotechnology) Integrated with 60% marks in first attempt
  • M.Sc. (Med) Microbiology: A pass* in B.Sc. (Microbiology) with 60% marks in first attempt

 

Reservation

  • The reservation of seats will be made subject to statutory provisions enacted by Govt. of Rajasthan. Candidates belonging to reservation categories of states other than Rajasthan shall be allotted seats in the un-reserved category.
  • Candidates seeking benefit of reservation shall be required to produce, the caste certificate (SC, ST, ST-STA, Non creamy layer OBC, Non creamy layer MBC, EWS) or the additional category certificate (PwD, if applicable) issued by the competent authority and submit attested copies of the above documents for verification, at the time of joining at the allotted college.
  • OBC/MBC candidate must submit original OBC/MBC Certificate for Rajasthan State issued by competent authority of Rajasthan (issued within one year of the date of conduct of the RUHS M.Sc Med Entrance Examination 2023-24 and clearly indicating ‘Non Creamy Layer’) at the time of joining.
  • PwD Reservation: 5% seats shall be reserved on Merit-cum-Priority in each category horizontally in accordance with Annexure 1

 

Application Process

  • Refer RUHS website ruhsraj.org for uploaded and relevant Information. Before filling the online application form, read the information booklet and instructions for filling on-line application form etc. very carefully.
  • Ensure the eligibility and other requirements for admission as given in this booklet.
  • You should be very careful in filling-up the on-line application form. If any lapse is detected during the scrutiny, your candidature will be rejected even if you come through the final stage of admission process or even at a later stage.
  • If a candidate fills two or more on-line application forms, the last filled and completed application form will be considered for further processing.

 

Application Fees

  • All candidates have to pay non-refundable on-line application form fee of Rs.3000/- (Rs.1500/- for SC/ST and PH Category candidates) + e-Mitra service charges as per Govt. rules at any e-Mitra authorized by the Government of Rajasthan or using http://emitra.gov.in/
  • The on-line application form fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and non adjustable.

 

Admission Test

  • The computer based admission test will be conducted on-line (at the examination center) at Jaipur only. The details of the admission test will be available at the RUHS website. Please refer to the RUHS website regularly for the latest update.

 

Admission Test (Exam) Scheme

  • The computer based Admission Test shall be held in the following paper (in English language).

Question Paper Group

  1. MBBS / BDS
  2. B.Sc (Biology, Chemistry, Zoology)
  3. B.Sc Biotechnology (Integrated) /  Microbiology
  4. B.V.Sc & AH
  • Type of Question Paper: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
  • No. of Questions: 100 Marks
  • Total – 100
  • Each question shall have four options to answer, out of which only one shall be correct. (+1) mark shall be awarded for each correct answer, (0) mark for an incorrect answer or unattempted questions. There shall be no negative marking
  • The syllabus is available at the RUHS website.

 

Admission Procedure 

  • The admissions shall be made strictly in accordance with the merit list prepared on the basis of score of the admission test and the order of choices / options filled in by the candidates in the on-line application form. The candidates are advised to exercise their choices / options very carefully.  

 

Allotment of College and Course

  • The allotment of college and course shall be made by strictly following the order of merit, seats available in each college and the priority of choice/option of the college and the course filled in by the candidate in the on-line application form.
