Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
TGT (Gen Science) (Regular):
- Four years integrated degree course B Sc B Ed of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate. OR
- Graduation in science with minimum 50 % and with two subjects out of Physics/ Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology as main subjects in graduation & B Ed degree from a recognized University/ four years integrated degree course with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. OR
- Hons Graduation with Physics/ Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology as main subject in all the three years of graduation with at least 50% marks in aggregate & B Ed degree from a recognized University / four years integrated degree course with at least 50% marks in aggregate. OR
- Post Graduation in any one out of Physics/ Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and three year Integrated B Ed – M Ed.
- Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or STET, conducted by Central/ State Government/ CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
- Proficiency in teaching in English medium.
TGT (Social Science) (Regular):
- Four years integrated degree course B A B Ed of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate. OR
- Graduation in Arts with minimum 50 % marks in aggregate and with two subjects out of Geography/ Political Science/ Economics/ Sociology/ History as main subjects in graduation & B Ed degree from a recognized University / four years integrated degree course with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. OR
- Hons Graduation with Geography/ Political Science/ Economics/ Sociology/ History as main subject in all the three years of graduation with minimum 50% marks in aggregate & B Ed degree from a recognized University/ four years integrated degree course with at least 50% marks in aggregate.OR
- Post Graduation in any one out of Geography/ Political Science/ Economics/ Sociology/ History with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and three year Integrated B Ed – M Ed.
- Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or STET, conducted byCentral/State Govt/ CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE forthe purpose.
- Proficiency in teaching in English medium.
TGT (English) (Regular):
- Four years integrated degree course B A B Ed of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate with English Literature as main subject. OR
- Graduation in Arts with minimum 50 % marks in aggregate with English Literature as main subject in graduation & B Ed degree from a recognized University/ four years integrated degree course with English Literature as main subject with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. OR
- Hons Graduation in English Literature as the main subject in all the three years of graduation with 50% marks in aggregate & B Ed degree from a recognized University / four years integrated degree course with at least 50% marks in aggregate & B Ed degree from a recognized University. OR
- Post Graduation in English with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and three year Integrated B Ed – M Ed.
- Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or STET, conducted by Central/State Govt/ CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
- Proficiency in teaching in English medium.
Art Master (Contractual):
- Graduate with Fine Art/ Art/Drawing/ Painting as one of the subjects with minimum 4 years Diploma from a recognized institute/ University OR
- Master’s degree in Fine Art with Painting/Sketching Specialisation
Music Teacher (Contractual):
- Higher Secondary with a degree or diploma in music from any of the recognized Institutions. OR
- Working knowledge of English and Hindi or other Regional Language. A Bachelor’s Degree with Music from a recognized university.
Counsellor (Contractual):
- Graduate in Psychology with Diploma in counselling from a recognized university. Office Superintendent (Contractual):
Office Superintendent (Contractual):
- Graduate with 5 years office experience of a supervisory post in a Govt or commercial establishment OR
- Seven years experience as UDC or equivalent in the school.
- Ability to correspond independently in English.
UDC (Contractual):
- Graduate with at least 2 years office experience in a Govt or Commercial organisation and ability to correspond in English.
LDC (Contractual):
- Matriculation Pass from a recognized Board.
- Typing speed of minimum 40 words in English & Computer Skills in MS Office package i.e MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Points).
- Drafting of letters in both Hindi & English Language.
Driver (Contractual):
- Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.
- Applicants must be in possession of valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License issued from Regional Transport Officer/ District Transport Officer with knowledge of traffic signs.
Ward Boy (Contractual):
- Matriculation or equivalent or equivalent exam passed.
- Should be able to converse fluently in English
Age Limit :
- Between 21 to 35 years as on 30.07.2022

- Desirous candidates should apply to the Principal, Sainik School Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) through offline mode only on the prescribed format available in “Recruitment” tab of School website www.ssjhunjhunu.com along with self attested copies of certificates and testimonials. In the absence of testimonials/ mark sheets/ certificates, the application will be rejected.
- Candidates must submit a self address envelope with a postage stamp of Rs.27/-.
- Candidate must attach crossed demand draft (non-refundable) of Rs. 500/- for Gen Category/OBC & Rs. 250/- for SC/ST category, preferably issued by the SBI drawn in favour of Principal, Sainik School Jhunjhunu payable at SBI Collectorate Branch- Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) (Branch Code No.32040).
