Now, the CAT exam date is November , 2021. It is conducted in two sessions – Morning & Afternoon. As the admission process of the current batch is still in the process, the PGDM admission process for the year 2021-2022 is likely to be completed by August . The counselling for technical courses is said to be completed by October this year. This being said, if the current batch’s admission is getting delayed, it is likely for the CAT 2021 exam to get delayed as well.
According to research, Covid-19 cases will be at its peak in November 2021. This will make it difficult to conduct the CAT exam in normal CBT mode. There will be two options left – IBT mode or delaying the exam.
CAT Exam Center – Student Social Distancing
As we already mentioned about CAT 2021 being conducted by IIM Indore, TCS is helping as the exam organizer. Due to Covid-19, exam centers for CAT exam date 2021 will be increased to maintain social distancing among students. TCS and IIM Indore want to conduct this entrance exam smoothly and without any hassle.
After July , it is expected that more relaxations will be given to everyone including universities and colleges. It might affect the decision of the conduction of the CAT exam in November.

Some speculations suggest that the exam centers are going to increase this year to maintain social distancing norms.
