Last date for registration of OPENMAT and B.Ed Entrance Exam extended
IGNOU OPENMAT and B.Ed Entrance Exam last date for registration extended – Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the dates of its Bachelor of Education (BEd) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) entrance exams (OPENMAT) till July 5, 2019. Earlier the last date for registration was July 1, 2019. The interested candidates who want to apply for these courses can visit the official website www.ntaignou.nic.in to register themselves for this exam.

This year NTA has been given the responsibility to conduct the OPENMAT and B.Ed Entrance Exam on behalf of IGNOU. Earlier these exams were conducted by IGNOU itself. NTA is an autonomous body which the govt of India had instituted two years back so that numerous govt exams could be conducted for hundreds of courses successfully. These exams are conducted for admission into its MBA and BEd courses offered by IGNOU for the upcoming academic year commencing from January 2020.
IGNOU OPENMAT and B.Ed Entrance exam is scheduled to be held on July 27, 2019 at several exam centres across India. The admit card for the same will be released on July 10, 2019 at the official website.

How to apply for IGNOU OPENMAT, BEd entrance exam 2019
- Log on to the official website of IGNOU, www.ignou.ac.in
- Under alerts tab, click on ‘Registration open for OPENMAT (MBA) and B.Ed Entrance Test (Last date has been extended till 5th July 2019)’
- On the homepage, click on ‘Application Form for OPENMAT XLVI’ or ‘Application Form for B.Ed.’
- Fill the application form in the prescribed format
- Pay the application fee and upload the required documents
- Click on submit
