Nalsar University of Law Distance Admission 2022 – The Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) at NALSAR invites applications for admission to 2-year M.A and 1-year  Advanced Diploma courses which are offered through Open and Distance Learning Mode for the academic year 2022-2023

Duration, Continuation and Termination

Master’s Programs

  • Minimum Duration : Two years
  • Maximum Period : Four Years (including the year of admission)

Advanced Diploma Programs

  • Minimum Duration : One Year
  • Maximum Period : Two Years (including the year of admission)

  • Star application Process : 12th May 2022
  • Last Date to apply Application : 15th July 2022

 

Eligibility Criteria

For 2-Year M.A. (Aviation Law & Air Transport Management)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent Degree in any discipline from any recognized University; or
  • 3-year Degree/Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME)
  • Candidates appearing for the final year examination of Graduation / Engineering are also eligible to apply. In such a case, the admission will be subject to the submission of the passing certificate of the qualifying examination on or before September 30, 2022. 

For 2-Year M.A. (Security & Defence Laws) and  2-Year M.A. (Space & Telecommunication Laws)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent Degree in any discipline from any recognized University; or
  • Candidates appearing for the final year examination of Graduation / Engineering are also eligible to apply. In such a case, the admission will be subject to the submission of the passing certificate of the qualifying examination on or before September 30, 2022.

One-Year Advanced Diploma in Patents Law, Cyber Laws, Media Laws, International Humanitarian Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Family Dispute Resolution, Drafting, Negotiation & Enforcement of Contracts, GIS & Remote Sensing Laws, Maritime Laws, Criminal Law & Forensic Science

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent Degree in any discipline from any recognized University; or
  • Candidates who complete three years of their 5-Year Integrated LLB Degree Programme in Law are also eligible to apply; or
  • Candidates appearing for the final year examination of Graduation/ Engineering are also eligible to apply. In such a case, the admission will be subject to the submission of the passing certificate of the qualifying examination on or before September 30, 2022.

For One-Year Advanced Diploma in Aviation Law & Air Transport Management

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent Degree in any discipline from any recognized University; or
  • 3-year Degree/Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME)
  • Candidates who complete three years of their 5-year integrated LLB Degree programme in Law are also eligible to apply; or

For One-Year Advanced Diploma in Financial Services & Legislations

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent Degree in any discipline from any recognized University; or
  • Candidates appearing for the final year examination of Graduation / Engineering are also eligible to apply; or
  • Candidates who complete three years of their 5-year integrated LLB Degree programme in Law are also eligible to apply; or
  • Full Members of ICSI/ICAI/ICMAI (Or) those who complete Intermediate of ICAI, Executive Level of ICSI and Intermediate of ICMAI; or
  • Full members of Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) or who complete stage 2 of IAI. 

 

Application Process

    • Eligible candidates can apply online through the official www.dde.nalsar.ac.in or www.nalsarpro.org
  • Fill all the details in the application form. All mandatory fields should be filled compulsorily. Upload all the documents and the photograph as listed in the application form.
  • After submission, the next step is to make the Payment. Make the payment using the PayU payment gateway.
  • The Online portal for submitting the Application Form for admission shall be open from May 11, 2022 to July 15, 2022.
